Tavolata St. Moritz is a Gastronomic Festival of excellence that invites you to take a seat at the longest table in the Alps (400 meters) to eat, drink, sing and dance surrounded by the beautiful natural setting of Engadine.
The 400-meter Arventisch crosses the pedestrian area of St. Moritz. Over a dozen famous hotels, producers and highly decorated chefs pamper and surprise guests with traditional dishes and extraordinary and new creations.
Tavolata asked me to handle the print communication of the whole event, including Pop-Up Dinner, Tavolino Poschiavo and Pasta in Piazza, and some social media contents.
Stefano Ciabarri, Sous Chef of the Michelin-starred Il Cantinone restaurant in Madesimo, Italy, treated his guests to a culinary service between exclusive cars and workbenches.
Pasta in Piazza
At Pasta in Piazza, the hotels and restaurants take to the streets to cook and serve pasta made by “Molino e Pastificio Poschiavo” accompanied by homemade sauces, ready to eat right on the square.
Tavolino Poschiavo stems from the collaboration with Tavolata St.Moritz. This event was conceived in order to gather around a table many people of different social classes who share not only the dishes, but exchange opinions and converse. The purpose of this event is precisely the collaboration between two realities, Engadina and Valposchiavo.
